We are seeking a self-motivated, practical individual to join our Engineering department as an Engineer, with the opportunity to grow with us. We offer a hands-on manufacturing/design/testing role under the mentorship of senior engineers.

If you an Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario or Quebec Order of Engineers with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the fields of Mechanical, Chemical, Quality or Industrial Engineering, with interests or studies in:
- Industrial/mechanical metrology
- Quality systems
- Value stream mapping
- Lean manufacturing
- Process control
- Cost estimating
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Materials (metals as well as technical textiles)
- Industrial mechanical joining methods (welding, bonding, fasteners, etc);
