Submarine Life Raft

The submarine life raft system was developed by Tulmar to provide an interim surface abandonment capability for Canada’s Victoria Class submarine program.   It consists of a 6-Person Life Raft vacuum packed in a purpose designed valise.

2-4 Man Backpack Assault Boat

The backpack reconnaissance boat is designed to carry two persons plus equipment.  The boat is constructed from neoprene-coated nylon with a drop-stitch fabric inflatable floor to provide rigidity.   Two units can be attached end-to-end to form a 4-man boat. When deflated, it is folded and packed for stowage and carriage in a back-pack weighing 7.25 kg including all accessories. The entire system is made to military specifications.  Accessories:  Two 3-piece collapsible paddles, hand-pump and hose assembly.
