ACCOUNTANT
 

LOCATION - Hawkesbury, Ontario

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly gross margin report and variance analysis
  • Maintain item costs in a standard costing environment
  • Labour analysis and reporting
  • Assure Cost of Sales data is reported accurately and completely
  • Monitor financial value of inventory, participate in physical inventory count
  • Maintain fixed assents in ERP system
  • Design Crystal reports on an as required basis
  • Participate in month-end closing
  • Prepare Financial Statements for affiliated companies
  • Provide assistance and support to Director of Finance
  • Provide assistance and support to all ERP users

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting Designation CA, CGA, CMA
  • Stong computer skills with emphasis on MS Office, Crystal Reports and MACOLA software
  • Strong organizational and English communication skills, both oral and written.  Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced growing company.
