LOCATION - Hawkesbury, Ontario
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare monthly gross margin report and variance analysis
- Maintain item costs in a standard costing environment
- Labour analysis and reporting
- Assure Cost of Sales data is reported accurately and completely
- Monitor financial value of inventory, participate in physical inventory count
- Maintain fixed assents in ERP system
- Design Crystal reports on an as required basis
- Participate in month-end closing
- Prepare Financial Statements for affiliated companies
- Provide assistance and support to Director of Finance
- Provide assistance and support to all ERP users
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: - Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting Designation CA, CGA, CMA
- Stong computer skills with emphasis on MS Office, Crystal Reports and MACOLA software
- Strong organizational and English communication skills, both oral and written. Bilingualism is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced growing company.
