CONTROLLED GOODS - Canada

In Canada, Tulmar Safety Systems is registered with the Controlled Goods Directorate.  The CGD is a domestic industrial security program that helps strengthen Canada's defence trade controls through registration, prevention, deterrence and detection, and prevents the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and of conventional weapons by regulating and controlling the examination, possession and transfer in Canada of controlled goods and/or controlled technology.   For more information, visit the CGD website.

Tulmar Safety Systems is also registered under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program to receive unclassified US technical data disclosing critical technology with military or space application.  For more information, visit the JCP website.

ITARS - United States

Tulmar Manufacturing Inc is registered with the US State Department - Directorate of Defence Trade Controls (DDTC) for the export and temporary import under license of defense articles and services covered by the United States Munitions List (USML).  For more information regarding ITARS and US export licensing requirements, visit the DDTC website.

HOMELAND SECURITY

Tulmar is a participant in the Partners in Protection program of the Canadian Border Services Agency.  PIP works to enhance security, combat organized crime, combat terrorism, increase awareness of customs compliance issues and help detect and prevent contraband smuggling.  For information on PIP, visit the CBSA website.
