Tulmar Safety Systems Announces New Regional Sales Agents for China and South America.
Hawkesbury, ON, Canada (November 5th, 2019) – Tulmar Safety Systems Inc. (Tulmar), a leading provider of specialized cabin and training equipment to airlines as well as repair and overhaul services on safety equipment announces two (2) new sales agents who have joined its ranks to drive the company’s growth in China, Central and South America.
Mr. Wu Xiao Dong (David) will be leading Tulmar’s development efforts in China. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Engineering. His experience spans over 20 years during which he held various positions in the development of China’s aviation sector. This included frequent interactions with certification authorities in China (CAAC) and airlines. Mr. Wu has successfully represented several Canadian companies in China. He is proficient in Mandarin, English and French.
Ms. Becerra will be focused in overseeing efforts in Central and South America (except Brazil). She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She contributes several years of experience in the regional sales of manufactured products and services, notably with knowledge-based solutions sold to companies and organizations in her region. She is proficient in Spanish and English.
“Over the last 3 years our global customer base, mainly composed of airlines, has expanded by more than 110% or approximately from 30 to 65 airlines. I think we reached a point where we need to bring in partners to help us introduce our exciting product lines to new customers” said Patrick Phillips, Vice President Business Development.
These products include Tulmar’s line of training equipment for the cabin crew of airlines that are specially designed to withstand the rigors of repeated training cycles over long periods of time.
Additionally, in July of this year, Tulmar also added the Baby Bassinet to its line of safety products. The Baby Bassinet is installed in the cabin of aircraft for long-haul flights. It is conveniently used by parents traveling with infants.
