Hawkesbury, ON<\/strong> \u2013 Tulmar Safety Systems, chef de file mondial en solutions de protection pour la d\u00e9fense, l\u2019aviation et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 civile, annonce un tournant d\u00e9cisif : l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquise par sa direction dans le cadre d\u2019un rachat men\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Patrick Tallon. En vigueur depuis d\u00e9cembre 2024, cette transition ouvre un nouveau chapitre pour Tulmar, garantissant une croissance continue au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de ses clients, partenaires et employ\u00e9s.<\/p>

Pendant plus de 30 ans, Barney Bangs, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration et principal actionnaire, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un pilier de la r\u00e9ussite de Tulmar. Membre actif de TEC et si\u00e9geant \u00e0 des conseils de l\u2019industrie tels que l'Association des industries canadiennes de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (AICDS) et l\u2019Association des industries a\u00e9rospatiales du Canada (AIAC), M. Bangs a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la r\u00e9putation de Tulmar en tant que fournisseur de solutions de protection de premier plan.
