Single Lane Evacuation Training Descent Slides – Tulmar’s single lane slides are ideal to represent evacuation of smaller aircrafts, such as regional lines. These slides are designed to adapt to the customer’s training facility, whether it is a training platform or attached directly to the aircraft.
The Tulmar single lane slide is a configurable model that allows the customer to choose from a selection of features to display on their slide to match their needs and budgets.
Dual Lane Slides Evacuation Training Descent Slides: Tulmar’s dual lane slides are ideal to represent evacuation of larger aircraft models, such A330 or B737. These slides are designed to adapt to the customer’s training facility, whether it is a training platform or attached directly to the aircraft. The Tulmar dual lane slide for dry training is a configurable model that allows the customer to choose from a selection of features to display on their slide to match their needs and budgets.
Our slides offer a realistic and safe sliding experience, designed to optimize the descent angle and offers a kick off curb at the base to ensure cabin crew can dismount safely and land on their feet.
Kit Components: Each training slide includes a standard package to ensure it can be used efficiently as soon as you receive it. Inflation adapters and a socket tool are included in the kit, along with the slide’s user manual and field repair kit. Standard valves and the detachable girt and floor(s) are included and already installed on the slide.

Our training slides are configurable. This means they start with a standard model, including all the essentials required for training. From there, our customers can then configure each slide to meet their needs.
They are available in nominal lengths between 4.1m (13.4 ft) and 11.1m (36.4 ft) to enable proper installation on most heights of trainer platforms. They are made with two independent tube structures (lower and upper) that are separable for replacement if needed. The sides of the upper tube structure also provide increased safety during descents.
The basic dual lane training slide comes with three ports per tube structure; one inflate/deflate valve (top-up valve), one pressure relief valve and one maintenance plug. The same base flange is used for all three ports, making them interchangeable. Slides are built for inflation through compressor and inflate to a pressure between 2.6 to 3.5 P.S.I. (varies between sizes, and training type – dry or wet – ).
